Norma Milka

Norma (Geddes) Milka, 96, passed peacefully on October 6, 2023. She was born on December 19, 1926, in North Easton, MA, to the late Daniel and Arlene (Howard) Geddes. Norma was predeceased by her loving husband, Francis E. Milka of Taunton, MA, in 2013, and her sisters, Muriel and Phyllis. She is survived by her sons, Rick Milka (Jean Olson) of Hebron, and Terrence Milka (Rebecca Milka) of Yarmouth Port, MA. She was a cherished grandmother to Jamie Kolek (Michael Kolek) of Manchester, CT, and Lauren Thibeault (James Thibeault) of Auburn, MA, and a beloved great-grandmother to Everly Kolek. Norma dedicated 24 years to the Manchester High School's guidance office, positively impacting countless lives. Upon her retirement from the Board of Education, she spent time surrounded by her family and friends whose company she adored immensely; and often chatted about her proud Scottish heritage. Friends and relatives are welcome to join the family on Thursday, October 12th at Holmes-Watkins Funeral Home, 400 Main St., Manchester at 10:30 AM for a memorial service.
