Norma Elaine Meeks Thomas

Norma Elaine Meeks Thomas, 73, of Summerville, South Carolina, wife of the late Charles Randolph Thomas entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 8, 2026. The family will receive friends Friday, February 13, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel 2180 Greenridge Road North Charleston SC 29406.

Norma was born May 1, 1952 in Jasper, Tennessee, daughter of the late Earl Homer Meeks and the late Emma Jane Smith Meeks. She loved to fish and listen to a good love story. Norma was a huge Patriots fan and loved watching Tom Brady play football. She loved her grandsons and grand dogs more than anything.

She is survived by son, Jeffery Scott Thomas (Mary Hutchinson Thomas) of Summerville, SC; grandsons: Ryan Scott Thomas (Savannah Kiker) of Mt. Pleasant, Andrew "Drew" Jacob Thomas (Marlie Berard) of Summerville, Brett Daniel Thomas of Summerville; sibling, Vernon Richard Meeks (Tammy Gaspar) of Ladson; grand dog, Teddy; and many loved nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Johnny Earl Meeks, Robert Lyle Meeks and Deborah Lynn Meeks.
