Norma White

Norma White, age 96, of St. Cloud, Florida, passed away peacefully under hospice care and surrounded by family at Avante Nursing Home on December 8, 2025.
Born on May 17, 1929, in West Baden Springs, Indiana, Norma decided to make Florida her permanent home in 2003. Norma lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, resilience, and devotion to her family. She was a cherished mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend whose presence brought comfort and joy to all who knew her.
Norma taught ceramics and drove a school bus for many years and made a lot of friends along the way. She also worked at Green Valley nursing home for many years as a bookkeeper.
She was born on the property of West Baden Springs hotel in 1929. We always took pride in knowing the family connection to this beautiful place.
Norma's legacy is carried on by her family, who will remember her for her strength, kindness, and unwavering dedication. She touched many lives and leaves behind treasured memories that will continue to inspire future generations.
Norma is survived by her two sons Mark and Scott, their spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her beloved dog Max who she frequently called Maxie.
