A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Jones Funeral Home in Swansboro from 12:00 Pm until 1:00PM. He will be buried in his final resting place in Greenboro Cemetery in Redfield, NY later in the spring.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gustave and Sherry Balcom; his brother, David Balcom.
Mr. Balcom served in the USMC for 22 years during that time he served in Desert Storm.
He is survived by his sisters; Marianne Balcom of the home; Linda Fellers of New York; Jill Pratt and her husband, Paul of New York, and Ruth Graham and her husband Jeff of New York.
