Cathy Rayle Obituary
She was born October 3,1961 in Raleigh, NC to the late Duke and Betty Hinnant Phelps.
Mrs. Rayle worked in Human Resources with Pepsi Cola until 2013. Her greatest joy was spending time at the beach and river with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jacob Fields.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Ronald "Ronnie" Rayle of the home; and sisters, Betty "Diane" Beasley of Kernersville and Susan Winfree of Beaufort.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Carteret County Humane Society, 853 Hibbs Road, Newport, NC, 28570.
