We grieve with you and pray for strength for everyone. We have a hope to see him again. I always appreciated the kindness he showed when he and Terry visited us. The best part was he loved to talk about Jesus. May the Lord be with you all.

The first time I met Pastor Gene was the Sunday he came to preach at our church in Hermiston. Something that was unrelated to the pastor had upset me so I decided to leave, he was unaware of what was going on he just noticed Rep and I left so he called our home and wanted to meet with us so we drove into town and had lunch with Pastor and Miss Terry after having a long conversation I knew then that we would be friends. Rep and I loved Pastor and had the utmost respect for him. He truly was one in a million...
