Willie was born on March 2, 1940, in Harlingen, Texas, to Delbert E. Harrell and Lucy V. Pelton, and passed from this life on March 9, 2026, in Knox City, Texas.
Willie married Lou Jean Moore on May 5, 1964. He worked at Eastman Chemical and retired after 31 years of hard work. Willie was a member of the Longview Run Club and was proud to be a finisher of the Leadville Trail 100.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Lou Harrell; his grandson, TJ Harrell; his sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who will remember him fondly.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Lucy; daughter, Terre Lyn Harrell; and son, Timothy Brett Harrell.
