Norman Forrest Magill Jr, 77, of Poplar Bluff, MO passed away on October 25, 2025, at his home in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
Norman was born on March 7, 1948, to Norman and Edna (Morrison) Magill in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He married Tina Friese on September 25, 1976.
Norman graduated from Poplar Bluff High School in 1966, proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps joining the summer of 1967 and being honorably discharged in 1970. During his service he received numerous honors including the National Defense Service Medal, Congressional Unit Citation, Vietnam Service Medal, Marksmanship and Good Conduct Medal. Norman was also a member of the Vietnam Veteran's Chapter #1056. After his time in the military, he dedicated many years at the U.S. Postal Service and retired as the Postmaster of Grandin MO on January 31, 2005. He loved all things Corvette, and spending time with his family at the river. Norman will be remembered for his service and his love for his family.
Norman leaves behind his wife, Tina; sons, Justin (Brittney) and Josh (Amanda); grandchildren, Mason, Ella, and Isabelle; sisters, Linda and Brenda.
Norman was preceded in death by his parents, Norman F and Edna Mae Magill.

Committal service will be on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 1:00pm at Missouri State Veteran Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Pastor Steve Patterson officiating.
