Odell Berle Sheffey

Odell Berle Sheffey, 71, of Roanoke, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025. He was a graduate of Radford College where he received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. He was a retired State Farm Insurance agent. Odell was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Andrew Sheffey, Sr. and Onnie Belle Elliott Sheffey.
Survivors include his brothers, Ralph Sheffey, Jr. and Joseph L. Sheffey (Jeanette); nieces, Jody Jeffries and Janel Sheffey; grandniece, Asia Jeffries; and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 12 until 1 p.m. at First Missionary Baptist Church in New River. Memorial services will begin at 1 p.m. with Rev. Montie Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park in Radford.
