Odessa D. Hall (nee Richardson), age 78, of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on September 21, 2016. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Earl Richardson and the late Mildred Brown. Odessa was predeceased by her daughter, Lillian Hall. She is survived by her loving children Theodore Hall, Linda Bouancer, Angelina Forbes, and Lyndon Hall, her grandchildren Natasha Hall, Marc Wilson, Kameela Hall, Theodore Hall, Jr., Jonathan Hall, Vanessa Hall, Naasir Hall, Ahmad Hall and Emma Hall and her 6 great-grandchildren.
