Olga Mello
May 28, 1933 – October 5, 2025
Olga Mello, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on October 5, 2025, at the age of 92. Born on May 28, 1933, in England, Olga carried the proud spirit of her homeland throughout her life, never forgetting her roots or her admiration for the Queen.
In her early adulthood, Olga bravely crossed the Atlantic to begin a new chapter in America, eventually settling in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was there she met the love of her life, the late Eugene M. Mello Jr., with whom she built a beautiful life and family.
A proud and resilient woman, Olga was a local business owner in Cincinnati and a vibrant part of the community. Her strength, wit, and unapologetic authenticity made her a force to be reckoned with-and a woman who left a lasting impression on everyone lucky enough to know her.
Together with Eugene, Olga raised seven children: Donna Hall, Della Hall, Eugene Mello III (Christine), Cheryl Sullivan (Gary), Scott Mello (Terri), Carla Mello, and Victoria Sheridan (DJ). She was a devoted and deeply loved grandmother to Gene, Mason, Max, Ryan, Vanessa, Alex, Kurtis, Morgan, Austin, Monica, Taylor, Madeline, and Marissa-and a proud great-grandmother to many more.
Olga now joins her husband Eugene and beloved family members who went before her, undoubtedly reunited in joy and peace. Her legacy lives on in the strength of her family, the memories she helped create, and the love she so fiercely gave.
She will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
"Gone but never forgotten."
