Oliver Seidler passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 30, 2024 in Miami Beach, FL at the age of 43.
Oliver is survived by his mother, Jeanette (Seidler) Joseph and her husband Roger Joseph of Boca Raton, FL; his father, Gary Seidler of Santa Monica, CA and his life partner, Sheri Laine; his brother Robert Seidler, sister-In-law Sarah Seidler and his nephew Noah Seidler, all of Miami Beach, FL
Oliver was born on September 6,1980 in Miami Beach, FL to Gary & Jeanette Seidler. He graduated from Florida State University in 2003 with a degree in International Relations. He later received a Masters Degree from MIT in Business Entrepreneurship. Oliver co-founded Meridian Trust Investments in 2006. He later founded PropertyForce, one of the largest wholesale real estate firms in the United States.
As Founder and CEO of PropertyForce, Oliver Seidler touched the lives of countless individuals, leaving an enduring legacy of gratitude in his path. He served as a mentor for many, tirelessly dedicated to helping his employees reach their "Perfect Day."
Without asking for attention or the spotlight, Oliver worked quietly and endlessly to ensure everyone had the tools to succeed. He took great joy in guiding numerous up and coming young executives. Oliver was a long-time valued member in YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and EO (Entrepreneurs Organization).
Oliver's influence transcended company walls, leaving an indelible mark on the real estate community. Oliver's visionary leadership led to the creation of a thriving real estate enterprise, transforming the lives of all fortunate enough to cross his path. He gave back to the underserved South Florida community through numerous donations and fundraisers.
Oliver authored a Amazon best-selling book: "A Renegade's Rules: How a 'C' Student Created An 'A' Life, and How You Can, Too
Perhaps Oliver's greatest achievement and legacy is the endless network of friends and colleagues that he created during his life. Like a magnet, Oliver's resolute character and authenticity attracted everyone who came across his path.
Oliver was well known throughout South Florida for being extremely outgoing and sincerely interested in getting to know new people through genuine conversations. He had a way of immediately making everyone feel welcome, special and a part of his tribe as soon as they met him.
Besides his friendships, Oliver was passionate about traveling the world. In his short time on earth, Oliver lived a full, adventurous life and was always the first one to organize and initiate trips with his friends.
Oliver didn't like to make too many plans when traveling as he found greater joy in getting into spontaneous and unpredictable adventures that required being flexible, problem solving or adapting to whatever situation would arise. Oliver lived with urgency and passion in his time on this planet. He truly made the lives of everyone he knew better.
We invite you to take a moment to reflect and honor Oliver's memory. Whether through a prayer or a moment of silence, let us collectively pay our respects to a man who touched our lives in ways words fall short.
Oliver's spirit will forever reside within our hearts, a reminder of the profound impact one humble and genuinely caring individual can have on us all.

We celebrate a life that was a beacon of intelligence, kindness, and entrepreneurial spirit.

To Jeannette, Gary, Robert, Sarah, Noah, to Sheri, Roger, and his girlfriend Alexa, we stand with you in your loss. Your support and love shaped Oliver into the extraordinary person we all knew and admired.

Oliver's brilliance was evident to anyone who worked with him. He was a mentor who lifted others to new heights and he enjoyed coaching and mentoring young entrepreneurs .

His generosity knew no bounds, and his guidance was a gift to many, including my son Ethan, whom he welcomed into his marketing department six years ago, when Ethan needed an internship. Ethan came home beaming, telling me how much he learned and Oliver would come over and encourage him. Oliver would also call me almost daily to see how Ethan was doing. Ethan is now a senior at FSU (the same college Oliver attended) majoring in Marketing. When Ethan heard about his tragedy Ethan was stunned and heartbroken. This shows how Oliver has touched many lives well beyond the ones here.

His kindness extended beyond business; it was a warmth that he shared freely, touching our lives deeply. The pain of his absence is felt by all of us.

As we honor Oliver's legacy, let us remember the joy he brought into our lives, His spirit of adventure and his capacity for fun.

In this time of sorrow, may we find solace in the memories we shared and the knowledge that Oliver's life was a full of meaningful connections and lasting impacts. His legacy will continue to inspire us, to push us to be better, and to remind us to cherish every moment.
