Mr. Ronald Allen "Ron" Hudson age 72, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away Sunday August 31, 2025.

Ron was born July 6, 1953, in Clyde, Ohio, to the late William and Ruby Simpson Hudson. He was a family man with a gentle soul, who loved and served the Lord. Ron was a member of the Red Bank Baptist Church, and an avid Tennessee Vols fan. He was very mechanically inclined and known as "Mr. Fix It". Ron retired from the Roper Corporation as an electrical engineer. In addition to his parents Ron was also preceded in death by his sister Patricia Lowry, and a brother Eddie Hudson.

Surviving is his devoted wife of 44 years Brenda Poe Hudson. Daughter and son-in-law Amy and Tim Killion. Sister Shelia Garren (Steve). Grand fur babies Charleston, and Charleigh. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 3, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Coulter Chapel of the Lane Funeral Home with Bill Harvey officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
