She is lovingly remembered by her son, Steven Olson; daughters, Gail (John) Millner and Lynn (Brian) McKenna; her brother, Gerald Hanes; and her four grandchildren: Christopher (Sarah) Millner, Elizabeth McKenna, Becky (Dan) Tilley, and Kate (Nick) McKenna-York. Oral also cherished her time with her four great-grandchildren, Ellis, Mae, Theo, and Alexander. Oral is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert, and her two brothers, Harold and Marvin Hanes.
A Memorial Service to honor Oral's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, with Reverend Kevin McReynolds officiating.
