Oscar Lewis Moore of Monahans, Texas passed away at the age of 76, on the morning of June 26, 2022.
Oscar was born to Orval and Bernice Moore of Midland Texas, on March 9, 1946.
He graduated from Seminole High School in 1964. Oscar and Sharon married in 1965. Shortly after marrying the couple moved to Monahans where Oscar went to work in the oil and gas industry.
Oscar always enjoyed spending time with his family especially on his favorite holiday Easter. Oscar was always involved with his church community at Christian Fellowship. He was an avid outdoors man who loved to hunt and fish, it was truly his passion.
Oscar is preceded in death by his Parents, Orval and Bernice Moore along with his two sisters, Mary and Charlotte.
He is survived by his loving wife Sharon of 57 years, his oldest son Tommy and wife Becky, and youngest son Craig and wife Krystal. Five grandchildren Victoria, Vance, Destinee, Dalton, and Dyron, all which are married and 7 great grandchildren. Along with his brothers Clayton and his wife Charlotte of Odessa, Texas, Randy and wife Renell of Crowley, Texas and Tim of Caldwell Texas. Sisters Linda Moore of Abilene, Texas, sister Kathy Maxwell and husband Wayne of Edgecliff Village, Texas and sister Lisa Moore Rockhill of Abilene, Texas. Along with many nephews, and nieces.
Pallbearers will be Dalton Moore, Dyron Moore, Vance Moore, Hector Venegas, J Smith, and Payton Marcum.
