Oscar Dean Snow, Sr, age 92, of Carrollton, Georgia, passed away on September 17, 2025. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 4, 1933, son of the late Oscar Madison Snow and the late Myra Dean Snow. He was a member of the Eastern Star and Masonic Lodge # 262. He was an electrician by trade for over fifty years with IBEW Local 613. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his children: Bill Dixon and his wife Lisa, Oscar Dean Snow, Jr and his wife Donna, Chris Snow and his wife Susan; grandchildren: Jimmy Daniel, Mardi Del Rio and her husband Jair, Madison Snow, Phillip Clay and his wife Kasey), Morgan Osborn and her husband Jeff, Ryan Michael Dixon, Ryan Snow, William Woodrow Dixon III, Natalie Snow; eight great-grandchildren; sister: Evelyn Livingston.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Patricia Dixon Snow; daughter: Phyllis Clay; brothers: Otis Snow, Ralph Snow, Pete Snow, and Bob Snow.

The family will receive friends at Hightower's Memorial Chapel on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The service will follow in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Chaplin Ralph Medlock U. S. Army (Ret.) officiating.
