Otha's life will be celebrated with a viewing on April 27, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Dallas, Texas. The following day, a funeral service will take place on April 28, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM at the same location. His legacy will continue to inspire and uplift all who held him dear.
He will be profoundly missed, but the warmth of his spirit and the richness of his life’s experiences will remain a guiding light for those left to carry his memory forward.
