I met Mr. Duke at PDH. We talked just about every morning when he stopped in for breakfast. He was one of the nicest and sweetest man I've ever met. I remember he told me he was going to live in Powatan. I missed him and thought about how he was doing. Never forgot that adorable smile! I remember his licence plate "Duke" parked in the handicap spot and was happy to see him. He loved his bacon. May God Bless his family! I'm so very sorry for your loss! He will be missed.
