A “Celebration of Life” service for Ottis “Junior” I. Farrell, Jr., 72, will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 2239, 9113 Industrial Rd, Shreveport, LA 71129.
Ottis was born on July 13, 1951 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Ottis I. Farrell, Sr. and Betty Louise Jupp Farrell and passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023 in Shreveport.
Ottis was a resident of Waskom, Texas. He graduated from Woodlawn High School in 1970 and served in the Army National Guard, Ft. Humbug in Shreveport, Louisiana. Ottis retired as a car hauler/driver from Jack Cooper Transportation. He loved fishing, camping/traveling in his RV, and building and riding VW trikes. He was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders and a long-standing member of the Moose Lodge.
Ottis is preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Stacy Erron Farrell; sister, Vivian Farrell Locking; brother, Edwin Kenneth Farrell and wife, Sandy; Ottis I. Farrell, III (Trey); nieces, nephew, great-nieces, and 12 grandchildren and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the charity of their choice.
