Otto Robert Haayer

Mr. Otto Robert Haayer, age 75 of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 4, 2014.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 1 p.m., in the North Chapel of George A. Smith and Sons.

He was born in Chicago, IL and a proud owner of Virgies Hot Dogs, located in Jackson.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 44 years, Virginia; 5 children and 9 grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m., in the North Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations be directed to St. Jude's Childrens Research Hospital.

Virgie, We are so deeply saddened to learn of the loss of Otto, It is difficult to express on this page just how grateful we are to have met and known both you and Otto over the past years, you mean more to us than just friends and neighbors.
