Nació en Sabana Angosta, Villa Tapia
Republica Dominicana.
A su joven edad se casó con María Brito su esposa de 65 años, se casaron y se mudaron para Santo Domingo donde formaron una bella familia.
Ovidio fue una persona muy querida tanto por su familia y amistades.
Uno de sus favoritos pasatiempo era celebrar eventos con su familia y amistades cercanas donde todos compartían un evento de jugar dominó
Y pasarla bien.
Ovidio en sus 85 años conmovió muchos corazones tanto como a sus hijos, familiares y amistades, los cuales consideraron como a un padre propio, y tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir toda su vida.
El vivió una vida larga y saludable hasta que perdió la batalla de cáncer de luquemia este año.
Lo amaremos y recordaremos como una persona amigable, influencial muy divertida. Lo cual le gustaba contar muchas historias de su pasado.
