OWEN WAS LIKE MY BROTHER. WE MET IN CHEYENNE,WYO IN 1960
WHEN WE BOTH WORKED FOR GE. I KNEW OWEN WHEN HE WAS HEALTHY AND ENERGETIC AND I AM VERY VERY FORTUNATE THAT WE MET.OWEN GREW UP IN DETROIT AND HE WAS INHERENTLY STRONG AND TOUGH.AT TIMES HE HAD TO DEFEND HIMSELF AND HE HAD KNIFE SCARS TO PROVE IT. HOWEVER HE WAS ALSO VERY GENTLE WHEN IT CAME TO HANDLING CUTE DEBRA (DEBBIE) HIS AND JOANNE'S FIRST BORN AND THEIR CATS WHICH I WITNESSED FIRST HAND MANY TIMES. OWEN AND JOANNE TREATED ME LIKE ONE OF THEIR FAMILY AND WE HAD TONS OF FUN TOGETHER. OWEN WAS A TALENTED MECHANIC AND PERSONALLY HEPED ME MANY TIMES.HE WAS LOYAL AND HONEST AND HAD A HIGH DEGREE OF INTEGRITY IN HIS DEALINGS. HE WAS A GOOD MAN AND I AM TOTALLY LUCKY TO HAVE SHARED SOME OF HIS AND JOANNE'S AND DEBBIE'S LIFE. KEEP THE FAITH.
