Ozean met and married his High School Sweetheart Ms. Harriet Lavon Collins on August 28, 1964. Ozean received his High School Diploma from Muskegon Heights High School in 1962, then later enrolled into Muskegon Community College then Grand Valley State University to receive his Bachelors degree. Ozean Join the Unites States Air Force in 1964-1967. once returning home from the military Ozean joined The Muskegon Heights Police Department. After years as a police officer, He later was employed by the Michigan Department of Corrections(Muskegon/Coldwater) as a prison counselor until his retirement.
Ozean loved Blue for University of Michigan And also his Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
Pastor Emeritus Clarence Guy will be officiating.
