She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Barbara Owens of Wadley and several loving nieces and nephews.
A Dunedin, FL native, Ms. Owens was born on April 9, 1947, the daughter of William H. and Edith Fowler Owens. She had worked in shipping for Allied Precision. Ms. Owens was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Willie Mae Owens Zarick; and a brother, Harold W. Owens.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
