Pam, along with her husband Joe, was the best example of a perfect neighbor. She would go out of her way to greet us when we saw each other outside, and her smile was infectious. I´ll always remember her planting her corner garden when she moved in, sitting on her porch with Joe, talking with walkers as they passed by, our fun conversations as we crossed the street to talk, our calling out to each other as we passed out candy to the kids on Halloween, and the beautiful decorations she put out for the holidays, especially Christmas. Our husbands also are Duke alums and fans, so we could always cheer them on. I will truly miss her, but look forward to seeing her family carry on her legacy. Thank you for being such a wonderful, friendly person to talk to, Pam.

My heart goes out to Joe and his family for the loss of his wife. I worked with Pam for 7 years and Carolina Manufacture. I worked with her husband Joe out on the floor at Carolina Manufacture. They both were hard worker. The time i talked to her is when my sister Frankie had her on the phone and she was getting ready to retire. I wish her good luck in the near future, because she deserved it for all hard years she worked. I am glad she got to enjoy some of her retirement with her family and friends. Pam i love u rest in peace u in a better place now.
God bless you, Sarah Hill

I worked with her husband Joe scott also and they are honest and hard working people that I have ever worked with in all the years in been in manufactory.
