Pamela "Pam" Blevins, 72, of Weston, Florida, formerly of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed peacefully on Saturday, Oct. 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Born the daughter of the late Paul E. Copas and Donna Marie Copas on July 14, 1953, in Portsmouth, Ohio, Pam grew up in Rarden and graduated from Waynesville High School in 1971.
She married the love of her life, the late Lacy Blevins, with whom she shared many years of devotion, hard work, and laughter.
Together, they raised a family in Hillsboro, Ohio, before retiring to Florida. Pam was a woman of incredible work ethic and dedication. She spent many years at Candle-Lite Candle Factory in Leesburg, Ohio, and later at Sumitomo in Maineville, Ohio. She was known by friends and coworkers as someone who gave her all, no matter the task.
Above all, Pam's greatest joy was her family. She lived her life as a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister, and friend.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Anita) Blevins; beloved granddaughters, Selena and Kennedi; and her blended family of daughters, Sandy, Theresa, and Lisa. Pam is also survived by her brothers Carl, Rick, and Jesse Copas, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
She leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be remembered.
Pam dedicated her life to giving—always going above and beyond for her loved ones and anyone in need. She blessed every life she touched with kindness, generosity, and unwavering love. Her family takes comfort knowing she is now reunited with her husband, Lacy, and that her giving spirit continues to shine on.
In honor of Pam's giving heart, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to a charity close to your heart. Pam would be smiling to know that, even after her passing, she is helping others. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
