Pamela Sue (Dearth) Riley, age 78, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on March 14, 1948, to the late Mack and Norma B. (Rife) Dearth.
Pamela graduated from Oak Hill High School in 1966. She then met and married Eddie Fox and together they had 2 children. Throughout her life she was a homemaker and also worked at Electrocraft in Gallipolis, until retirement. She loved to dance, especially clogging, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her hats and collecting her “bedazzled” hats.
She is survived by her husband, Kenton Riley whom she married on June 20th, 2005; daughter, Gina Fox; children, James (Melissa) Riley, Deanna (Tim) Rowland, Tyka (Brian) Williams, and Carmen (Brad) Smith. She is also survived by her sisters, Glenna Alban and Linda (Danny) McKenzie; grandchildren: Austin Fox, Brittany Beaver, Amber Fox, Ashley Beaver, Thomas Riley, Sarah Sayre, Taylor Williams, Riley Williams, Alexa Smith, Jaden Smith, Kari Corley, Joey Corley, Lucas Mitchell, Nathan Purchase, Maverick Scarborough, McKenzie Johnson, Ashley Scarborough, Rebecca Mitchell, and Brian Mitchell; great-grandchildren: McKinlei, Carter, Karsyn, Rowan, Rilynn, Michelle, Camryn, and Maci; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Fox; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Fox; sister, Sandra Angles; and son, Ryan Fox.
At her request, her body will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at The Barn on Valley, 8581 SR 279 W, Oak Hill, Ohio on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 1-4 PM. Online condolences may be sent to www.lewisgillum.com.
