Pamela Jane (Robertson) Shrum, age 73, of Iola, Kansas, passed away October 30, 2025, at Heritage Healthcare in Chanute, Kansas. Pam was born July 9, 1952, in Peoria, Illinois, to James Winston Robertson and Ruby Louise (Collins) Cook.
Pam attended school in Belton, Missouri. She worked as a nurse's aide in several area nursing homes for over 30 years.
Pam enjoyed playing bingo, coloring in over 100 adult coloring books, and anything Elvis. She was an animal lover, be it a cat or dog. Pam loved all of her grandchildren and spending time with them. She liked family gatherings, which were always huge.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters-in-law, Sherri Robertson, Teresa Cook.
Pam is survived by her children, Jennifer (Shane) Utley, Robin (Darren) Hibbs; grandchildren, Jaci Scott, Devon Burris, Dakota Davidson, Joe (Cierra) Hyden, Destiny (Jace) McQueen; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Kayden, Kason, Kruze, Kayleigh Utley, Daxten, Stevie, Finley Johnston, Rylen, Tatum, Elias McQueen, Cassilyn, Elliana Hyden, Knox Burris; siblings, Larry Robertson, Joe (Stephanie) Robertson, Kelly (Patty) Robertson, Carla (Brent) Capper, Robert (Karrie) Cook, Jeff (Teresa) Cook; and a huge number of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Cremation will take place and services will be at a later date.
