Pamela Joann Wages, age 70 of Hampon. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pamala Joann Wages, who left us on February 27, 2026. She was born on October 12, 1955 in Camden, Arkansas to Buddy and Marie Earnest Cosby.
She was a beloved wife and mother, touching the lives of many with her warmth, and kindness.
Pamale Joann Wages is survived by her husband David; daughter Lindsey Wages Ponder, son in law Garrett Ponder; brother Don Cosby, sister- in-law Mona Cosby; eighteen nieces and twenty-three nephews, who will cherish her memory and continue her legacy. She is preceded in death by her parents Buddy and Marie Cosby, sister Levenda Cosby; and father and mother-in-law Edward and Jean Wages.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Sardis Cemetery near Sparkman. Arrangements by Benton Funeral Home of Fordyce. To sign the online register visit www.bentonfuneralhome.net.
