She was born on July 11, 1952 in East Chicago, Indiana to the late Roger and Bonnie (Pearson) Quisenberry.
Pam graduated from Klondike High School in 1970.
On March 22, 1979, she married Thomas E. Whitehead in Lafayette. He preceded her in death on September 25, 2007.
Surviving are her sons, Greg Shackleford of Orlando, FL and John (Bobbie) Shackleferd of West Lafayette; her sister, Christine (Jim) Mellady of Peru, IN; her brother, Roger (Cindy) Quisenberry of Lafayette; and her granddaughters, Naya, Faith, Beth Anne, Rose, and Elizabeth.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 6 p.m. at Fisher Funeral Chapel. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
