New Iberia – Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 am, on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Pellerin Funeral Home, for Pansy Dore Landry, 58, who passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
Interment will be at a later date.
Rev. Ed Degeyter will officiate.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 8:30 am until 10:00 am at Pellerin Funeral Home.
A native of New Iberia, Pansy was born on July 21, 1966, and was a 1985 graduate of New Iberia Senior High. She worked at Lowe’s Home Improvement for several years, and she enjoyed gardening and yardwork. Always wanting to look her best, Pansy always made sure that her hair, makeup, and eyelashes were perfect before leaving home. She will be deeply missed.
Survivors include her son, Johnathon Angers (Samantha) of Fort Worth, Texas; mother, Patsy Duhon Dore of New Iberia; sisters, Tammy Dore (Chad Babineaux) of Lafayette and Johnnie Dore Goutierrez (Jason) of Erath; grandchildren, Liam, due to arrive in October, Kamrin Landry, Paris Good, and Mason Landry; godchildren, Jardi Jones (Rex), Jade Dugas, and Christopher Louviere; niece, Kourtni Goutierrez; nephew, Samuel Goutierrez; great nephew, Rex Randall “RJ” Jones, III; stepchildren, Brandy Angers, Coty Landry, and Brandon Landry; several aunts and uncles.
Pansy was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Dore; husband, Dale Patrick Landry; and a special grandmother, Amelina H. Duhon.
