"Who can find a virtuous woman? For her price is far above rubies. " ~ Proverbs 31:10
Dr. Parthenia Patricia Robertson-Buford was called unexpectedly by the Supreme Council of God on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at her home in Fulton County, Georgia.
Parthenia came as a blessing to Mary Minor on April 25, 1959, in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the fourth child of seven. Parthenia, affectionally known as "Fenee" or "Pat", received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System in Baltimore, Maryland. She furthered her education at Howard University, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology. This year, she received her Honorary Doctorate in Humanities from the International School of Champions Theological Institute.
Pat was a God-fearing woman and a great example for her family. She was an Entrepreneur at her finest, taking on opportunities that looked promising to her, stepping out on faith, and making them blossom. She loved to see children excel, which inspired her to open a Summer Camp for neighborhood kids from 1999 to 2005. Each year, she received a grant from the Summer Food Program, which allowed her to employ about 25 people ranging from 14 and up. In addition to employing her staff, the grant also allowed her to feed more than 3,000 kids a day (breakfast and lunch) in low-income neighborhoods in Fulton, Clayton, Carroll, and DeKalb counties.
She leaves to cherished her most memorable memories: her loving and devoted children,Mr. Lawrence Hilton, Deacon Dennard Buford, Mrs. LaTasha (Rickey) Ricks, and Ms. Meghan Mckee; her favoriteperson in the world, Caliyah Thornton; four grandchildren, Liayla Tolbert, Legend Alexander,Ellora Ricks, and Gianna Alexander; her mother, Mary Minor; four sisters, E. Marie (James)Alston, Theresa Jordan, Jacqueline Taylor, and Darlene Jones; three brothers, MelvinRobertson, Lawrence (Nornita) Keller, and Michael Taylor, the Harvest Rain Church Family and The City of Praise Church Family, and a host of other relatives and friends.
