Pasquale Perrotta Obituary
Pasquale "Patsy" Perrotta passed away on May 25, 2021 at home with his loving family by his side after a long battle against heart failure. Born on March 24, 1934 in San Marco, Caserta, Italy, he immigrated to the United States of America on December 16, 1961 with the love of his life, Maria.
Patsy was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Maria; son, Mario; grandchildren, Domenica Picciallo and husband Michele Petrone, Marianna Picciallo and fiancé Michele DeMarino; brothers, Raffaele and Armando Perrotta; sister Vincenza Daddio; along with many nieces and nephews in Italy and the USA.
He was predeceased by his loving daughter, Anna Perrotta Picciallo; his father, Mario Perrotta, mother, Marianna Savino; sister, Angelina Russo; and brothers Guisseppe and Alberto Perrotta.
Patsy was very proud of his Italian heritage, making annual vegetable gardens, canned tomatoes and homemade wine. He worked at Canada Dry Distributors in Stamford, landscaping services and Stamford Hospital for over 38 years.
He will be dearly missed by everyone that knew him.
Calling hours will be held TODAY, Friday, May 28, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Lacerenza Funeral Home, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Greenwich. I worked with Patsy for many years in Stamford Hospital operating room . Patsy was a great guy; honorable , hard working and great sense of humor. Everyone loved Patsy . God rest his soul and comfort his loving family .
