Harvey Pascal Mullen, affectionately known as Pat, was born on July 3, 1950, in Corsicana, Texas. He departed this world on October 17, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, leaving behind a legacy built with love, laughter, and a passion for life.
Pat dedicated 27 years of his career to the Miller Brewing Company in Fort Worth, where he worked steadfast as a maintenance mechanic. His contribution to the job was not just through his skills but also through the camaraderie he built with those around him. A proud Texan, Pat grew up in Denton, where he met his beloved wife, Belinda. Together, they celebrated 50 wonderful years of marriage, marked by mutual respect, shared dreams, and a profound love for one another.
Pat was a man of many interests. He had a fondness for classic cars and motorcycles, often spending hours in his garage working on them, bringing them back to life with a passion that only a true enthusiast could understand. His love for the thrill of Las Vegas adventures was also well-known among family and friends. Pat was a tough man with a gentle heart; he had a unique ability to be straightforward while embodying a warmth that drew people nearer. Known for his knack of giving nicknames, he created countless cherished moments, leaving a mark of joy and laughter wherever he went.
Pat’s love for life extended beyond his hobbies; he was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Joshua. He found joy in simple pleasures making and collecting knives, playing cards, and dominoes, and tending to his yard brought him much happiness. He was a kind-hearted soul who always found ways to connect with others and to infuse warmth into every interaction.
He was lovingly cared for by Fleurdelys Assisted Living and Wings over Texas Hospice in his final days, where he received the compassionate support he so richly deserved. The family expresses heartfelt gratitude to the staff and caregivers who surrounded him with care and kindness.
Pat leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory. He is survived by his devoted wife, Belinda Mullen of Burleson; son Matthew Mullen and wife Hannah of Cleburne; daughter Charla Schwarzbauch and husband Brian of North Carolina; daughter Jennifer Waliky of Kerrville, Texas; and beloved grandchildren, Joey Mullen, Emerson Schwarzbach, Tanner Waliky, Justin Waliky, and Delanna Perkins. He is also survived by his brother Larry and wife Sherry of Denton, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family who continue to carry his spirit in their hearts.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lora Mullen; his brother, John Mullen; and his daughter, Meghan Anna Mullen. Their memory lives on within those who remain.
