Patricia "Pat" L. Berson (nee Anderson)
Of Joliet, passed away at Ceil Senior Living in Plainfield, Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the age of 69 years.
Pat is survived by her two children Christine (Thomas) Mundle and Gary (Tisha) Berson. Her six grandchildren Landon, Avery, Caroline and Jake Mundle, Caleb and Carter Berson. Her two brothers Robert (Karen) Anderson, Jr., and Mark (Janice) Anderson. Her nieces and nephews Brian, Mark (Sarah), Mike (Karen) and Megan Anderson and Michelle (Andy) Sandborn. Her caregiver Mary Saunders.
Preceded in death by her parents Robert Anderson, Sr. and Margaret M. Anderson (nee Wurtz).
Pat was born in Joliet on July 13, 1955. She graduated from Joliet West High School Class of 1975. Following her graduation, Pat went to work for K-Mart where she retired as department supervisor after 30 years. Pat then worked at the Jewel Food Store in Shorewood for an additional six years. She was a member of Queen of Apostle Catholic Church and formerly St. Jude’s Catholic Church. Pat was a devoted mother and grandmother as well as enjoying dinners with family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Carlson Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory, 2320 Black Rd, Friday, April 4th at 11:00 A.M. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Association will be appreciated. Visitation will be held Friday from 9:00 A.M. until time of services.
