Patricia Ann Bird

Patricia Ann Bird, born on November 9, 1941 in Stamford, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2025, at the age of 83. She was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who touched the lives of many with her kindness and warmth.
Patricia found great joy in loving others through good meals and caring for others.
Patricia spent many hours volunteering for various organizations over her lifetime, and one of her favorite paying jobs was assisting the Physical Therapy team who took care of the Atlanta Braves because she got to "love on the players".
A highlight of Patricia's life was a trip to England where she got to indulge her love of all things tea and scones, which she then returned to share with family and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Mildred Smith, and her sister, Norma Smith. Her memory will be cherished by her surviving family and friends, including her son, Daryl Davis and his wife Christy; her daughter, Terri Carriker and her husband Wayne; her grandchildren, Taylor, Addie, Andrew, Grace, Joshua, Alexander, and Catherine; and her great-grandchildren, Riley-Ann, Reese, and Remi. She is also survived by her sisters, Kaye Elliott and Fran Honea and her husband Larry, as well as beloved nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Patricia's life will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Parrott Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service. Patricia will be dearly missed by all who knew her, and her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
