Patricia Ann Borke, beloved wife of Frank F. Borke, passed away peacefully under Hospice Care on October 30, 2023. She and Frank were happily married for 63 years. She was a loving mother of Frank A. Borke (Antonia), Tonja Schoelwer (Paul), Jeff Borke (Robin), and Jennifer Borke-Harding (Sherry). They were ALL her favorite.
Dear Grandmother of 9 grandchildren - Christopher (Meghan), Miranda (Dylan), Ahna (Christian), Alicia, Oli, Sean, MacKenzie, Jessica (Shaine), Natalie (Patrick) and 2 great grandchildren Morawyn and Weston, Pat loved them all deeply and cherished any time spent with them. She was also a devoted aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Patricia is the loving older sister of Linda Williams (Ron), and was preceded in death by her beloved parents Eli and Betty Vandeveer.
She loved gardening, painting, ceramics, sewing, camping, traveling, and cooking but most of all she loved being surrounded with family and friends. Pat loved boating and enjoying the sunsets and a good hammock with her husband at Lake Cumberland. She had many treasured friends and was an active member of the Stars Quilt Club and St. Susanna Church and was well known for her cooking, especially her Christmas tea rings. Her smile, kindness, and gentle spirit will be greatly missed by all! She made the world a better place.
Visitation will be at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Road, Mason OH 45040, on Monday, November 6, 2023 from 9:30-11:00 AM, followed by Mass at 11:00 AM. Procession to Rose Hill Cemetery immediately following Mass.
