Patricia Lee "Pat" Buko

Patricia Lee Buko, born February 18, 1957, passed away peacefully at her home with family members at her side on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
She is a daughter of the late Zolie C. Buko and Elizabeth G. Buko.
Pat is survived by her sister, Susan B. Cain (Ted) of Aiken, SC and her brother, Thomas S. Buko (Carol) of Easley, SC. She is also survived by her nieces, Erin C. Zeigler (David) of Nashville, TN, Rachel B. Balles (David) of Travelers Rest, SC and Anna B. Buko, of Easley, SC; a nephew, Robert M Cain (Karlie) of Chapel Hill, NC; a grand-niece, Kennedy and a grand-nephew, Wesley.
Pat was a graduate of Wade Hampton High School, Class of 1975, and Clemson University. She started her career with Sunshine Biscuits in sales before moving to Lederle Pharmaceuticals Sales. She finished her career in marketing for the Greenville Hospital System.
Visitation will be held at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes, Downtown on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Committal prayers and burial will be held in Springwood Cemetery.
