Patricia M. Burns, 86, of Central Lake, passed away on November 25, 2025. She was born on September 6, 1939, the daughter of Aloysius Michael and Agnes (Morrison) Quigley.
Pat was a longtime active member of St. Luke Catholic Church in Bellaire. She enjoyed gardening and wine nights with her friends. She was kind, caring, and giving and could often be found volunteering for local organizations such as, Central Lake Lioness Club, Central Lake Garden Club, Antrim County Baby Pantry. She also spent many years at the Central Lake Public Schools where she helped children learn to read.
Surviving are 3 children, Ann Burns of Reno, NV, Kathleen Norton of Westland, MI, Mike Burns of Central Lake and one grandson Colin Norton.
Preceding her in death were her husband James Burns, 2 sisters, Maureen Johnson and Ann Quigley as well as her parents.
Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church in Bellaire. Fr. Rolando Silva will officiate.
Visitation will be at Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
Burial will be in Southern Cemetery, Central Lake Township.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fr. Solanus Casey Center, 1780 Mt. Elliott St., Detroit, MI, 48207.
Arrangements are in the care of the Central Lake Chapel of Mortensen Funeral Homes.
