Patricia Ciccone Obituary
Patricia devoted more than 25 years as a paraprofessional with the North Kingstown School Department and was a co-founder of South County Lamaze. She gave generously of her time as a volunteer with Hospice and South County Health Center and worked at Our Lady of Peace in Narragansett. Deeply committed to her community, she served as a member of the South Kingstown School Committee.
Above all, Patricia adored her grandchildren and her beloved grand dog, Daisy. She found joy in Elvis, square dancing, country music, and reading, and she was blessed with many dear and lifelong friends.
Patricia is survived by her three children, Lisa A. Diebold and her husband Peter, Nancy J. Ciccone and her husband Erik Gottlieb, Anthony W. Ciccone and his
wife Stacey, grandchildren, Anthony and Olivia Diebold, and two sisters, Colleen Hartley and Charlotte Walsh, both of Florida. She was the grandmother of the late Cordelia Diebold and sister of the late Valerie Smith.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 16th, 2026 at 11 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield. Burial will follow in New Fernwood Cemetery, Kingston. Calling hours will be held Sunday, February 15 th , 2026 from 2 to 4 PM in the Avery-Storti Funeral Home, 88 Columbia St., Wakefield.

Pat was a dear sweet friend. She taught me how to laugh when the going got tough. She always had a shoulder to cry on when I needed one. She always had pearls of wisdom to share. Above all she never lost her faith in God. If anyone deserved to rest in peace in Jesus' arms it was her. God bless and hold those doors open for all of us as we arrive there.
