Patricia Conner Obituary

Patricia Ann Whitcher Conner, loving wife, mother & grandmother

OLEAN --- Patty A. Conner of Olean passed away Friday, August 30th, 2024, at Olean General Hospital following a tragic auto accident. At the time of her passing, Patty was also dealing with and putting up a courageous battle with cancer that she was winning.

Patty was born July 12th, 1954, in Olean, the daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth Whitcher. She worked for 47 years for Cutco Corp. where she met her loving husband of 46 years, James L. Conner, who survives.

Patty enjoyed family gatherings, spending time at the casino, boating, and camping. She had a large family with too many to list but loved all of them the same. Patty cherished her time with her youngest granddaughters whom she called "My Girls" and they called her KeeKaw. Patty loved all of her grandchildren who are grown up now.

Beside her loving husband James, Patty is survived by three loving children, Christy, Jesse and Joss, also a loving goddaughter, Lynn Marie and Sister, Paula Havers, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncle and cousins. Again too many to list but Mel being her Cousin and friend, who she could always turn to.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings; Paul Whitcher, JoAnn Babcock and Anita Lewis.

Patty will be so sadly missed for she was the foundation of the family. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date and time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Letro-McIntosh-Spink Funeral Home, Inc., 646 E. State St., Olean. Online condolences may be made at www.letromcintoshspinkfuneralhome.com
