Patricia H. (nee Dempsey) Debro passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville, PA. She was 89 years old. Patricia was a longtime resident of Bridgeport, PA and a member of Sacred Heart Church. Patricia enjoyed activities such as bocce and bingo. She used to play bingo on Friday nights with her husband, Michael, and she played bocce for the Bridgeport Senior League and the Mt. Carmel Senior League. She loved all animals but especially loved cats, having many of her own throughout the years. Above all, Patricia loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren and truly enjoyed spending time with them.
Born on September 4, 1935 in West Conshohocken, PA, she was a daughter of the late Maurice and Helen (nee Friend) Dempsey. Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Michael Debro, who passed away in 1997.
Surviving is her loving family including 3 sons, John J. Cane (Debra), Steven M. Debro, and Joseph G. Debro (Susan); one daughter, Lisa Debro; 6 grandchildren, Jennifer Janus, Christina Logan (Michael), Nicole Gallagher (Joseph), Michael Debro (Lisa), Gianna Debro, and Ryan Debro; 5 great grandchildren, Chloe Debro, Cameron Gallagher, Ava Gallagher, Giuliana Logan, and Carter Gallagher; a sister, Barbara Cotteta; as well as many other extended relatives and friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her grandson, Jake Michael Debro; her brother, Gerald Dempsey; and a grandson-in-law, Brian Janus.
Relatives and friends are invited to Patricia's viewing on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson St. Bridgeport, PA 19405 from 9am to 10:15am; with her Funeral Mass beginning at 10:30am. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to Morningside House of Collegeville Senior Living at 1421 S Collegeville Rd, Collegeville, PA 19426.
