Patricia Ann Delveaux

Patricia A. Delveaux, age 71 of Flat Rock, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, January 24, 2026.

Patty was born on April 7, 1954 in Chicago, IL. She attended Holy Name Catholic High School until it closed in 1971. She graduated from Gladstone Area High School Class of 1972. She continued her education and obtained a Cosmetology License through Wisconsin College of Cosmetology in 1973.

Patty was united in marriage to Stephen Delveaux on December 14, 1974 at All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. Together they raised their 3 children and enjoyed 6 beautiful grandchildren.

Patty worked as a beautician, maintaining her license and styling hair for friends and family throughout the years. She also found great joy working with staff and students at Gladstone Middle School, where she served as a secretary until her retirement in 2014.

Patty loved traveling and experiencing new places and adventures, but especially looked forward to their annual trips to Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada. Patty and Steve spent the past 10 winters in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She treasured time spent playing card games with friends, both in Arizona and at home in Gladstone. Patty enjoyed golfing, walking, hiking, going to the casino, watching bull riding and airplanes, and took delight in observing birds through her bird feeder camera. Most of all, she cherished adventures, traveling and time spent with her family and grandchildren, creating lasting memories that will be remembered with love.

In addition to her loving husband of 51 years, Steve, Patty is survived by:

children: Matthew Delveaux, John (Jennifer) Delveaux and Stephanie (Jason) Viau all of Gladstone, MI.

Grandchildren: Bryce, Braelyn and Isabel Delveaux, and Collin and Branden Viau

Sister: Mary Jeanne "T" Therrian of Gladstone, MI

Sisters-in-law: Loretta (Duane) Jacobson of Florida and Carol (Patrick Mueller) Prins of Gladstone, MI

Special cousins, nieces and nephews.

Parents: Yvonne (Wilmotte) and Frederick Therrian

Parents-in-law: Martin and Leona Delveaux

Grandson: Cameron Delveaux

Sister-in-law: Barb Sovey

Brothers-in-law: Jim Sovey and Robert Prins

Family will receive friends on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 1:00 until 4:00 PM at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Flat Rock. Mass of Christian Burial will follow visiting hours at 4:00 PM with Rev. Fr. Sebastian Chacko officiating. A luncheon will follow in Father Matt's Hall.
