Patricia "Tricia" Devine
passed away 12/09/2022
after a battle with brain cancer.
Patricia is survived by her mother Donnalee Berigan (Jack) and sisters Bonnie (Bill), Jeanne and Dawn. Beloved Aunt Sr. Dolores Crepeau, best friend Kelly Akel and predeceased by her father Robert Devine. Jeanne was her primary caregiver during her illness and dedicated herself completely. Their bond was like no other. Jeanne is truly a child of God. A special thank you to Tricia's best friend Kelly Akel who was a constant presence and was always there to help in any way she could.
Tricia was first and foremost a loving daughter, sister and "Titi" to her nephews Daniel (Harlee, Octavia, Carter) and Bobby Jr. (Lauren, Robert, Jay) nieces Mary (Mike) and Grace. She was one of the best friends one could ask for, always there if someone needed a shoulder to cry on or just a good laugh. All who were fortunate to know her were blessed to have her in their lives as she was to have them in hers.
She was a dedicated nurse for over 30 years with most of her career spent at Stony Brook University Hospital. Nursing was her passion and she made a difference in the lives of so many of her patients. She was very blessed to work with such wonderful people who became lifelong friends. She will be dearly missed.
