Patricia Eakley Obituary

Patricia A. Eakley Fort Atkinson, WI - Patricia A. Eakley, 76, of Fort Atkinson, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Pat was born on May 14, 1949, in Madison, daughter of the late Charles and Mary (McKunn) West.

After graduating from Cambridge High School, Pat married her high school sweetheart, Thomas Eakley on August 22, 1970.

Pat worked for many years as a CNA at the former Countryside Home in Jefferson County. She was a 4-H Leader for Hebron Helping Hands and a Pony and Horse Leader. Pat also enjoyed singing karaoke at What's the Point and playing Bingo in Deerfield.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Thomas Eakley; children, Richard Eakley and Lisa (Steve Jr.) Kutz; grandson, Travis (Lizzy) Kutz and sister Betty Hoesly. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Dennis and her sisters, Monica, Mary and Cindy.

A visitation took place on Monday, January 19, 2026, at the Dunlap Memorial Home in Fort Atkinson from 1 to 3 p.m. No formal service was held.
