Patricia previously worked as department manager for K-Mart for 19 years. She enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Leck and Josephine Zackery, siblings: Norvil Zackery, Rose Miller, Shirley Kornberger, and Johnny Zackery.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years Michael Fruit of Henderson, KY; daughter Jessica Fruit Yates (Adam) of Dixon, KY; sisters Margaret Stillwell and Beatrice Smith; brothers Jeff Zackery and Eddie Zackery; grandchildren Madalyn, Jaxson and Reegan; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Per her request there will be no services at this time.

I worked with Mrs. Patty at Kmart, which is where I first met her. She was always so kind, helpful, and she always worked her little butt off. I am blessed to have known her for the short time that I did. My deepest sympathy to her family and friends, she will be missed dearly.
