Patricia Ann Grzesik, 69, of Crystal Lake, IL passed away on October 8, 2023. Patricia was born March 17, 1954, in Chicago to the late Robert and Virginia Maxwell.
Patricia is survived by her husband Alfred Grzesik; children, Jason (Erica) Bakes, and Amy (Todd) Keller; grandchildren, Ireland Bakes, Peyton Keller, and Bailey Keller; and siblings, Kenneth Maxwell, Thomas Maxwell, Gail Patyk, and Sandra (Michael) Erne; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother-in-law; Jeff Patyk, and sisters-in-law; Peggy Maxwell and Janice Maxwell.
