Patricia Mayo Harrison, age 71, of Marianna, FL passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at her residence with her loving family by her side.
Born March 19, 1953 in Calhoun County, Patricia was the daughter of Willard and Doris "Dot" Mayo. Pat attended Marianna High School and she married Ralph Harrison in Donalsonville, Georgia. Pat and Ralph enjoyed fishing together and were actually married on what Pat thought was a fishing trip to Donalsonville. Pat was a homemaker, taking great care of their four children when they were younger. After the children were older, Pat began her working career at West Point Pepperell and then Wal-Mart for 19 years. She enjoyed working outside in the yard, taking care of her flowers, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Harrison; parents, Eddie and Doris "Dot" Taylor and Willard Mayo; brother, Larry Mayo; and grandson, Trevor Baxley.
She is survived by her two daughters, Tracy Baxley and husband, Tony of Marianna, and Robin Tidwell and husband, Tim of Bascom; sons, Wade Harrison and wife Shay of Alvin, TX and Travis Harrison and wife, Amy of Fond Du Lac, WI; brother, Frankie Taylor; sisters, Dottie Raines of Marianna and Terry Smith and husband, Clay of Alvin, TX; grandchildren, Devan Baxley and husband, Payton, Logan Baxley and wife, Sadie, Blake Baxley, Megan Harrison, Tristen Harrison, Roni Harrison, Courtney Harrison, Peyton Tidwell, Raigan Tidwell, Abigail Wilkinson and husband, James; great grandchildren, Kobin Wilkinson, Beverly Baxley, Kallum Wilkinson, and soon to be born Harrison Baxley; as well as her very special dog, Buddy.
Funeral services will be 2 P.M., Monday, December 2, 2024 at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with Reverend's Bill Mayo and Nicole Mayo officiating. Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
