Patricia Jones Obituary
Patricia L. (Weatherly) Jones, age 74 formerly of Preble County, Ohio, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Kettering Health in Miamisburg, Ohio. Born on December 5, 1950, in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Richard & Miriam (Hapner) Weatherly. Patricia had worked as a Director of Environment Services at Harborside Health Care in Miamisburg, Ohio and Receptionist at Harborside Nursing Home in New Lebanon, Ohio. She had been a volunteer for the Trinty Food Pantry and member of Trinity Church in Lewisburg, Ohio.
Proceeded in death by her husband of 40 years: Joseph E. Jones in 2012; Sisters: Jeanine Chambers and Suzanne Saltzman.
Survivors include Son: Richard B. Jones and Daughter & son-in-law: Kellie & Shaun Hucke both of Dayton, Ohio; Grandchildren: Hunter Jones, Anna Jones, Alli Hucke and Jackson Hucke; Sisters: Kathy & Wilbert Lapp of Springboro, Ohio; Rebecca Weatherly of Dayton, Ohio, several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be announced in the Spring of 2026 at Barnes Funeral Home – 411 North Commerce Street Lewisburg, OH. The Interment will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to Kettering Health – Washington Township ICU. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.barnesfuneralhome.com.
