Patricia Marie Kees

Patricia Marie Kees, age 61 of Greenville, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at home on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Patty was born on May 15, 1961 to the late Richard and Maybelle (Rasmussen) Hennell in Oshkosh. On August 20, 1994 she married Michael N. Kees. Patty worked in food service as a cook, which was natural for her as a natural hostess at home, she loved having family gatherings, cooking and caring for everyone. Making sure everyone was comfortable and fed. Patty loved taking trips with Michael. They took motorcycle trips and went RVing. They saw many states and some favorite places were the Smoky Mountains and Glacier National Park. She was a great sister in law, being brought into the Kees sister's weekend as one of the sisters. Patty enjoyed spending time with her family above all other things. They were the most important in her life.
She is survived by her husband, Michael, children; Ryan (Stacey) Rothe, Christopher Rothe and Carly (Jake) Marek, grandchildren; Bailey, Laryssa, Nathan, Piper and soon to make an appearance, Odin. Patty is further survived by her brothers and sisters; Kathy (Jeff) Loos, Michael Hennell, Mary Hennell and Paul (Shelly) Hennell as well as her mother and father in law, Michael C. and Christine Kees, brothers and sisters in law; Cathy (Shawn) Fiebig, Cheryl (Michael) Schuyler, Julie (Chris) Sheldon and Jennifer (Dale) Steeber and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Preceding Patty in death are her parents and aunt Betty Tellock.
Family and friends may gather on Friday, August 5, 2022 at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 107 N Oak St., Hortonville, from 9:00am to 11:30am with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:30am with Rev. Phil Schoofs officiating. Inurnment will take place at Riverside Cemetery, Appleton at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
